01Agreement
By using Tendwa services, you agree to these terms. Tendwa provides automotive business management software including invoicing, estimates, scheduling, and SMS notifications.
02SMS Service
SMS messages are transactional only and related to customer vehicle services.
03Responsibilities
Tendwa is not responsible for carrier delivery delays. Users are responsible for obtaining customer consent before sending messages.
04Platform Usage & Governance
If you use Tendwa on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining login security.
You agree to comply with Acceptable Use requirements. Subscription fees may apply; non-payment may result in service suspension.
You retain ownership of your data. Tendwa processes data solely to provide services to you.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tendwa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months or $100.
You agree to indemnify Tendwa against claims arising from misuse. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
California law governs these Terms.
